Answers to your common questions

Are you licensed?
Yes. Mangrove Property Management LLC is licensed with the Florida Department of Business Regulation as a Real Estate Corporation (License #1049848).

Can I reach you after hours?
Yes. We take emergency calls 24 hours a day 7 days a week. 

Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Yes. After the tenant has signed the lease we will deliver the lease to you to review and sign. 

Do you sell real estate too?
No. However, we can recommend a Realtor that we trust who specializes in your area.

How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

1 month’s rent.


How soon can you start managing my property?
As soon as we learn a little about you, your property and we thoroughly answer any questions you might have. 

What type of properties do you manage?

Single Family Homes, Condominiums, Townhomes and Duplexes.


What type of reports do I get and how often?
Owners may login at any time to the Owner Portal to view real time reports.

When will I receive rent?
Rent payments will be direct deposited to your account around the 15th of the month. 

Who holds the tenant's security deposit?
We hold the tenant’s security deposit in our escrow account.

Your monthly management fee ranges from 6 to 8%. Will I pay 6, 7, or 8%?
This depends on multiple factors including your property’s size, condition, location and the services you might require of us. Please contact us to request a free consultation.
