Meet the Team
Mike Watson » Owner/Broker
Mike is the owner and founder of Mangrove Property Management. Born and raised in Florida, he has spent over 30 years living in Northern Palm Beach County. Mike graduated from Florida State University with a double major in business management and entrepreneurship. Prior to founding Mangrove Property Management, Mike worked for wealth management firms Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley. Mike is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Florida. He lives in Juno Beach, FL with his wife, Andrea, their children, Michael & Morgann, and their dog Bailey.
Taylor Hill » Assistant Property Manager
Taylor assists with the day to day operations at Mangrove Property Management. Her responsibilities include: coordinating maintenance & repairs, current & future resident communications, bookkeeping, and marketing. Taylor has many years of customer service experience and has also worked with her family’s construction company. Outside of work she enjoys working out, renovating houses with her dad and spending time with her family.
Kelley Hall » Realtor / Office Admin
Kelley has over 18 years combined experience in property insurance law and real estate. She is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Florida. Kelley is a South Florida native currently living in Jupiter, FL where she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and golden retriever.
Lauren Eads » Bookkeeper
Lauren is Mangrove Property Management's bookkeeper. Her responsibilities include financial reporting, processing payments, trust reconciliations, generating and sending financial statements. After graduating from Georgia State University, Lauren spent many years as a financial account manager. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, swimming and relaxing at the beach.
