Meet the Team
Mike Watson » Owner/Broker
Mike is the owner and founder of Mangrove Property Management. Born and raised in Florida, he has spent over 30 years living in Northern Palm Beach County. Mike graduated from Florida State University with a double major in business management and entrepreneurship. Prior to founding Mangrove Property Management, Mike worked for wealth management firms Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley. Mike is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Florida. He lives in Juno Beach, FL with his wife, Andrea, their children, Michael & Morgann, and their dog Bailey.
Taylor Green » Assistant Property Manager
Taylor assists with the day to day operations at Mangrove Property Management. Her responsibilities include: coordinating maintenance & repairs, current & future resident communications, bookkeeping, and marketing. Taylor has many years of customer service experience and has also worked with her family’s construction company. Outside of work she enjoys working out, renovating houses with her dad and spending time with her family.
Brett Stern » Maintenance Lead
Brett is the head of maintenance. In addition to making repairs at our properties he works closely with our vendors and oversees renovations. Previously, Brett spent 7 years working with a general contractor who specialized in kitchen and bathroom renovations. Brett has lived in Florida for over 25 years and when he's not working you can find him on the golf course or with his 3 dogs.
Kelly Eads » Bookkeeper
Kelly is Mangrove Property Management’s bookkeeper. Her responsibilities include financial reporting, vendor payments, processing owner draws, monthly trust reconciliations, and generating owner/resident financial statements. Kelly has decades of real estate experience which include being a real estate broker and a property manager. When she isn’t working, Kelly enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, swimming, camping, boating, and relaxing at the beach.
